1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the TRIGON Trade Manager™ and the TRIGON Technology Ecosystem™ signal services provided by Green Zukini Corporation ("Green Zukini", "we", "us"). Payments are processed by SCIS, our payment facilitator and Merchant of Record, through the Maya payment gateway. By subscribing you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.
2. Strict No Partial Refunds Policy
All fees are charged in advance for each monthly billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds, pro-rated refunds or credits for unused time, unused features, early cancellation, downgrades, non-use, change of mind, trading losses, or dissatisfaction with trading performance. This applies to every tier (Starter, Pro and Enterprise) and to every Signal service.
Because the Services give immediate access to digital software licenses and private signal groups, and because trading outcomes depend on market conditions and your own decisions, all sales are final once a billing cycle begins, except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law or where we decide in our sole discretion to make an exception for a billing error as described in Section 6.
3. How Subscriptions Renew
Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until cancelled. Your renewal is charged to the payment method on file at the start of each new cycle. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged, as payment processing and time zone differences may apply.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time. Follow this process:
- Step 1: log in to your Account Dashboard and cancel your subscription there. This is the only method that guarantees that your cancellation is recorded. If you cannot access the dashboard, email support@trigonidle.com from your registered email address before the renewal date.
- Step 2: your cancellation stops all future renewals. You will not be charged again.
- Step 3: you keep access to the Trade Manager license and to the private Telegram groups until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for.
- Step 4: when that cycle ends, your subscription expires, your license key is deactivated, and our automated Telegram bot will immediately remove and ban your Telegram account from the private groups.
- Re-subscribing: if you subscribe again later, the bot will automatically unban and readmit your Telegram account once payment succeeds.
Uninstalling the software, leaving a Telegram group, or removing your card does not cancel your subscription. Failure to pay on renewal results in the same automated access removal as expiry. Removal from the Telegram groups or deactivation of keys at the end of your paid period is not a ground for a refund.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact support@trigonidle.com first. We will work with you and SCIS to resolve it promptly, and most issues can be resolved faster this way than through your bank.
If you nevertheless file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, the following procedure applies:
- The dispute is received by Maya and handled by SCIS as Merchant of Record, which will notify us and may request supporting evidence from us.
- We and SCIS may provide transaction records, account and subscription details, license activation logs, Telegram access logs, your acceptance of the Terms, and communications to rebut a dispute. You consent to this use of your data for this purpose.
- While a dispute is open, we may immediately suspend your account, deactivate license keys and remove you from the Telegram groups.
- If a dispute is decided in your favor, your access to the Services ends and may be permanently terminated. If it is decided in our favor, the charge stands.
- Chargebacks that are fraudulent, abusive or filed in bad faith, including disputes of valid charges for Services you received, are a breach of our Terms. We may permanently ban the account, refuse future service, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount and any associated fees and costs, as permitted by law.
- Where applicable, we may share information about abusive disputes with SCIS, payment networks and fraud-prevention services.
6. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or charged after a cancellation that was properly recorded in your dashboard, email support@trigonidle.com within 14 days of the charge, with your registered email, transaction details and proof of cancellation if relevant. We will investigate with SCIS and, if the error is confirmed, correct it and refund the erroneous amount. This is a correction of an error, not a partial refund.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access to the Trade Manager and Signals may be suspended and the Telegram bot will remove you until payment is successfully completed. We may retry the charge. You are responsible for keeping payment details current. No refund or credit is due for any period of lost access caused by a failed payment.
8. Partner Commissions
Partner commissions linked to a payment that is refunded, reversed or charged back may be withheld or deducted from future payouts.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where a legal right to cancel or refund exists and applies, we will honor it. By starting to use the software and Signals immediately after purchase, you request immediate performance of the Services and, where permitted by law, acknowledge that you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content once performance has begun.
