1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Green Zukini Corporation ("Green Zukini", "we", "us"), Suite 8C The Valero Tower, 122 Valero St, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, uses cookies and similar technologies on the TRIGON website, account dashboard and landing pages (including offer.trigonidle.com). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Green Zukini is the data controller for data collected through these technologies.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage and scripts. They help sites work, stay secure, remember choices and measure usage. Cookies may be "session" cookies, deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies that remain for a set period. They may be "first-party" (set by us) or "third-party" (set by another provider).

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site and dashboard to function and be secure, such as login sessions and security checks. These do not require consent and cannot be switched off in our systems.

4. Providers and Technologies

4.1 Cookiebot (Consent Management)

We use Cookiebot to show a consent banner, record your choices and block non-essential cookies until you consent. Cookiebot stores a consent cookie that records your preferences and a consent identifier, so we can remember your decision and demonstrate compliance. Consent records linked to IP addresses are stored by us only in hashed form (SHA-256). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings link or widget on our website.

4.2 Cloudflare (Security and Performance)

Our application is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may set security and performance cookies, such as cookies used for bot detection and distinguishing humans from automated traffic, load balancing and protecting against attacks. These are treated as strictly necessary because they are needed to deliver and protect the service.

4.3 Our Session Cookies

When you log in, we set a secure session cookie flagged as HttpOnly, so it cannot be read by browser scripts, to keep you signed in and protect your account. This cookie is strictly necessary and expires when your session ends or after a limited period.

4.4 HubSpot (CRM, Live Chat and Tracking)

We use HubSpot for our CRM, customer support and live chat. With your consent, HubSpot sets cookies and tracking code that identify visitors, remember chat conversations, record pages visited and link visits to contact records, for example after you submit a form or email us. These cookies may persist for up to about 13 months. The data is used to provide support, understand interest in our services and manage communications.

4.5 Systeme.io (Landing Pages)

Our landing pages at offer.trigonidle.com are hosted by Systeme.io, which sets its own cookies to operate pages, forms, funnels and checkout flows, and to attribute sign-ups. Information you submit on those pages may be passed to our systems through Make.com webhooks. Systeme.io may act as an independent controller for some data in accordance with its own privacy and cookie policies.

4.6 Payment Pages

When you pay, you are directed to checkout services operated by SCIS and the Maya payment gateway, which may set their own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing, governed by their own policies. Raw card details are never stored on our servers.

6. Managing Your Choices

Our banner: choose Accept, Decline or customize categories when you first visit, and revisit your choice at any time through the cookie settings link or widget.
Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may stop login and other features from working.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: where required by law, we treat recognized opt-out preference signals as a request to opt out of non-essential tracking.
Third parties: you can also use the controls offered by HubSpot and Systeme.io under their own policies.

Declining non-essential cookies will not stop you from using the core Services.

7. Your Rights

Where cookies involve personal data, you have the rights described in our Privacy Policy under the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA and the Philippine Data Privacy Act, including the right to withdraw consent at any time.
